Welcome to our February monthly patch! This update brings a mix of new content, quality-of-life improvements, and system refinements across the server. We have our usual Monthly Updates as well as some updates to Faceworm’s Nest and other matters.

We also want to highlight a major upcoming Gunslinger Class Update, for which we will recruit Beta Testers. If you’re interested in helping shape the future of this class, be sure to check our Discord for details in the next couple of days.

General Updates

• Major Announcement!
  • We will be doing a major Gunslinger Class Update, and will be actively recruiting Beta Testers to help with the upcoming updates. Please refer to our Discord in the next couple of days for more information!
  • Because of this, Gunslinger weapons have temporarily been removed from the Talon Shop.

• Valkyrie Bazaar updates:
  • Added an NPC called Dahlia Reece in the Valkyrie Bazaar. She will allow you to exchange existing Valkyrie tokens to new ones. This service is not cheap:
    • 5x Valkyrie’s Aegis & 5x Valkyrie’s Crown for 1x Valkyrie’s Scroll
    • 5x Valkyrie’s Effigy & 5x Valkyrie’s Elixir for 1x Valkyrie’s Amulet
    • 5x Valkyrie’s Lucent & 5x Valkyrie’s Hilt for 1x Valkyrie’s Squall
  • We are aiming for our mid-month maintenance to revamp a wide selection of the Valkyrie Gears. Please stay tuned.
• Faceworm Nest updates:
  • Added a minimap.
  • When clearing a section, a viewpoint will now show in your minimap locating the next warp portal.
  • When creating the instance, you now have an option to speed up cutscenes. Doing this will cut most dialogue timers in half. Note: ranking is not available for runs that are done with this enabled.
  • Chaos will now stay around to help you until 2.5m HP left on the Queen, rather than 4m.
  • The minimum damage Chaos does to the Queen is now 400k rather than 100k.
  • Chaos now tells you how many Merchant Prince’s Treasures have spawned at the end of the instance.
• Gravitation Field Updates
  • Fixed it not cancelling after being warped to a new map which softlocked players temporarily until the skill was over.
  • Now cancels immediately when the user dies.
• !recoverydisplay now works in ‘script’ mode with the following scripts:
  • bonus2 bHPRegenRate
  • bonus2 bSPRegenRate
  • bonus bHPGainValue
  • bonus bSPGainValue.
• Renamed ‘skill’ parameter in !recoverydisplay to ‘passive’ to make it more clear that it’s the passive skills like sp recovery, not skills like acolyte heal.
• Bonus Bundle commands with parameters, such as !dropannounce, that persist will now remember their prior setting if bonus bundle expired and is re-enabled later.
• Fixed persisting atcommand settings being wiped completely if Bonus Bundle is not active after logging on.
• Battleground Food items can now be stored.
• Moved all Guild Flags closer to Town Spawns except for Prontera, which remains unchanged. A few other NPCs were moved around to make space for these.
• Removed Tool Dealer from Juice Building in Payon.
• Fixed some quest log issues in Rekenber Job Quest.
• Fixed Jitte Quest not looking for the correct list of ing.
• Fixed Eclage Costumes having 10 Weight by making them 0.
• Starfish, Dried Squid, Flying Fish, and GongBug can now be sold to NPCs for 0 Zeny.
• Unloaded Throw Huuma Shuriken and Fireball Animation patch.
• Fixed bonus2 bSkillSplitCap still looking for Throw Huuma Shuriken when it’s no longer relevant after skill patch.
