Summer has been here for a while, so it’s officially time for the Amazing Summer Race! Read below for more information about the event as well as other updates we’ve launched along the way.

General Updates

• Several OGH fixes that were mostly already implemented:
  • Fixed Treasure Chest party multiplier not working in regular OGH.
  • Fixed return mechanics in OGH hard still not working. Should definitely be solved now.
  • Fixed Instance Girl AT/MT cooldowns.
  • Fixed Maggots being shown in Monsters Remaining minimap viewpoints.
• Fixed Cloaking walking speed bonus for Twin Fang ending after 9 seconds.
• Several consumable boxes purchasable through Siege Coins now give you account-bound rewards. The rewards will behave the same way the normal items do. Removed Blue Herb Box entirely.
• Guilds that do not have an emblem set at all are no longer able to participate in WoE.
• Fixed Goldsmithing Dagger MATK bonus not working properly.

Guild Recruitment Board

We have implemented a Guild Recruitment Board which can be found in Eden Group, WoE Hubs and the BG Lobby. Guild Leaders can use this board to advertise their guild by outlining things such as the guild language, town, activities, et cetera. They can even assign Officers that potential new members can message to join the guild. It costs 250,000 Zeny per month to have your guild listed, with a maximum duration of 3 months at a time.

Amazing Summer Race

The event you’ve all been waiting (and probably preparing) for is back once again! The Amazing Summer Race is now live and will last until mid-September. Once again you can race every couple of hours and gather Kordt, Sograt, Darmian, Kokomo and Bonus Badges! Exchange the badges for a Basic Summertime Box or risk them all to gain Advanced Badges and eventually an Advanced Summertime Box. Come visit Port Malaya and talk to the Amazing Race Officer for all the information you desire. You can also find a plethora of information on our dedicated Summer Race Wiki page. TamTam’s Tikibar has now also made its return, after a short break last year.

• TamTam’s Tikibar returns on August 1st until August 30th. Find this year’s calendar right here.
• The Conjuress has new recolors added to her selection, for all your styling needs.
• 6 new weekly Treasure Maps can be found by combining pieces found through Treasure Hunting. The first one to create a weekly map and find the treasure it leads to gets a valuable prize! Treasure Map pieces will start dropping starting August 1st.
• Added a new cocktail: TamTamnita. This drink will give you the Endure effect for a duration of 10 minutes.
• Added new region NPCs as well as new NPC finding quests.
• Added 2023 versions of the Summertime Boxes, based on last year’s version. New costumes and pets have been added to them as well!

Just like previous years, we’ll once again have a Fast Five competition where the five players who found the Region NPC most times will receive a reward. This year, you will be rewarded a Surf Board Costume (#30300). This costume WILL be available through Advanced Summertime Boxes, but will be very rare. On top of that, you will win an MVP Card of choice, as long as it’s available in the Talon Shop. Happy Racing everyone!
