Mid-month (ish?) patch? What? Yes. It’s back!

This patch introduces a bunch of fixes and preparations for upcoming updates and events, as well as our Lunar New Year Event to celebrate the Year of the Snake! Read on for more details.

General Updates

• Bulk Crafting Updates:
  • Added new command: @nobulkcraft which will disable the default bulk crafting on things such as Cooking, Stone Crafting, Jewelcrafting, Aqua Benedicta, Create Deadly Poison, etc. This command persists after logout.
  • Added missing mentions of bulk crafting in skill descriptions.
  • Fixed bulk crafting sometimes having the wrong success rates.
  • Added a message when bulk crafting that shows details on total as well as successful attempts.
• Fixed Champion Chen not teleporting upon rude attack.
• There is now a map-wide announcement when a special poring is killed on the map it was spawned in.
• Alllll the preparations for Battle of the Nine content. Blame Blackstar and Lance.

Lunar New Year Event

To celebrate the Year of the Snake, we have decided to release a good old event we hosted all the way back in 2013! While similar 12 years (!!) ago, it was updated with the newest standards and has received a wide variety of new rewards.

Talk to the Heavenly Guard in Prontera who will warp you to Li Liang to get started on your quest. This quest is repeatable and can get you up to eight different rewards. While they are random, you will not receive the same reward on your character if you already received it before. Plus, if you’re lucky, you might get a little extra or two.
