As we are slowly heading towards the end of August, the Summer Race is still in full swing! This mid-ish August maintenance introduces a variety of big improvements to the game, including many balance changes we hope you will enjoy. Please look forward to more content being added in the next few weeks!

• Warp Portals spawned in Port Malaya during the Summer Race now allow up to 30 people to enter per portal rather than 10.
• Fixed an issue in Amazing Summer Race where, if you already had the required items, an Item Collection quest would be completed immediately without any prompt. You now first get a message containing the item quest details.
• @addextradropeffect updates:
  • Fixed short-code @xde not working. Also fixed for @partybuff (@spb) while at it.
  • Command now persists after logout.
  • Now also applies to drops marked by @dropannounce, up to a dropannounce rate of 40%. Dropannounce itself now also shows the droprate of the item that was announced.
• Poem of Bragi now does not use its custom effect while in the BG Lobby.
• Arunafeltz Desert Sandwich‘s effect now does not get removed when dying.
• Ground Drift updates:
  • Ground Drift bonus on Scouter no longer adds 4 mines at once. Instead, it will increase the number of hits on a mine from 1 to 4 at the cost of lowering the cap from 25 to 6. Mines will now be removed with this bonus the moment Scouter is equipped (to avoid placing more than 6 mines and then equipping Scouter afterwards). This update is done due to the high amount of Ground Drift units causing quite some issues server-side. While the effect is slightly different, it should more or less function the same way it did before.
  • Ground Drift now cycles through old units when unit limit is met instead of the skill failing.
• Sage’s Create Elemental Converter skill now creates in bulk according to how many materials you have, starting at 200, then 100, then 50, then 25, then 5, and finally 1 at a time.
• Stat Gloves can now also be worn by Extended classes. They however can still not be worn by Non-Trans classes and it will remain that way.
• Angelic Ring[0] and Diablos Ring[1] can now be worn by 1st class transcendent as well.
• Added a Restocking Service to all Kafra Employees as a Bonus Bundle service. Simply go to Storage > Restocking Service to access. This feature allows you to restock necessary items at the click of a button, rather than having to drag all items you need one by one.
  • You can save up to 30 profiles per Master Account.
  • Eligible items include Healing Items, Consumables, Ammo and Misc Items.
  • Bonus Bundle is required to do the actual restocking, but you can still create, edit and delete profiles without it.
  • Restocking will cost 50 zeny.
  • When building a new profile, the NPC will check for all eligible items in your inventory at that moment. So make sure you store any unnecessary items when making a restocking profile.
  • This feature currently restocks only from your main storage and not from secondary or guild storage.
• Updated Gunslinger Guild NPCs:
  • A Kafra can now be found inside both the Gunslinger’s Guild and Ninja Hideout. You can’t set either location as your save point though.
  • Relocated all important NPCs to the Gunslinger’s Bar Downstairs in the Gunslinger’s Guild except for Garrison and Master Miller. Placed new filler NPCs to inform people where the NPCs have moved.
  • Made the the Gunslinger’s Bar more lively with more personality and contains the existing important NPCs as well as new NPCs with things to do.
  • Updated Ingrid’s Sprite in the Gunslinger’s Guild so that it’s not exactly the same as the Lab Director NPC.
• Naght Sieger Card now increases magic damage against Ghost and Neutral Element monsters by 30% and gives MDEF + 5.
• Lowered weight on Ghostdancer Staff from 150 to 80.
• Asura Strike can now be used in Instances without a Cooldown. However, using the skill keeps track of the last 10 seconds it was used. If the user dies with Osiris Card effect and is resurrected while the status is enabled, remaining time is applied to Asura as a Cooldown.
• Brewing/Crafting systems now have an overweight check to prevent items from getting lost.
• Updated Arrow Quiver sprites to be a little more easy to distinguish from each other.
