“Why can’t I delete the Talon Tales Full Installer from my computer?“

This issue is mostly related to Windows and the Microsoft Security Essentials package. Unless you are using a very old computer, the file may hang slightly when you try and install it. In some cases, the Full Installer will not completely load. This can most often be fixed by temporarily disabling Microsoft Security Essentials (or your current anti-virus software package) and running the file once more.
