Often this is caused by using a wrong Graphics Device setting, most notably the Nvidia ones. If you are getting these kind of crashes, open up GameSettings.exe inside your Talon Tales folder and see if you can select a different Graphics Device, with your safest bet being the “Direct3D HAL” option. First see if this solves your crashes. If it does not, within that same GameSettings.exe, try to uncheck the option “Use Lightmap”. Press OK and restart the game.
