First, make sure your tdata is not set on read-only. To do this right click on your tdata.grf file and make sure there’s no checkbox on where it says “read only”. Secondly, make sure you are running as the administrator account of the computer you are using. If you are using Windows Vista/Windows 7/Windows 10 etc. make sure you run the patcher as administrator as well. To do this, right click on the patcher and select “run as administrator”.
