Right click GameStart.exe > Properties > Compatibility > Change high DPI settings > Enable “High DPI scaling override” > Set to System or System (enhanced).

This is usually caused by a High Resolution but a small screen, such as a smaller laptop. In Windows 10 and higher it’s possible to scale up specific applications which will return things back to normal. Once this has been done properly, you should be able to view your game like normal again.
